The property is in a prime location with easy access to the beach and town, making it feel like a perfect getaway. However, attention to maintenance is urgently needed. the downstairs bedroom's light fitting was held together with electrical tape, and there was noticeable grime in the kitchen area. The upstairs carpet showed significant wear, and the shower had mold issues that detracted from the experience. On a positive note, the beds provided good comfort and the outdoor spaces were inviting for relaxing in the sun.

Just a perfect match for a short stint in Raglan with reasonable value. The patio was a great spot to relax in the sun after a long day. Make sure to push the door code buttons quickly to get in without hassle.

The Waterfront Apartment is a stone's throw from killer spots like Raglan Bakery for flaky pastries and The Yot Club for a sunset drink. Nothing beats the mornings with granola—absolutely epic! Plus, the comfy vibes of this place make it the ideal family escape!
However, the downstairs lounge area was a touch too dark for my liking, needing lights even on sunny days, thanks to that pesky tree cover. A bit of hedge trimming could work wonders here!

The Waterfront Apartment was a cozy spot for our stay, perfectly located with easy access to a nearby sheltered beach and park, ideal for families. We really appreciated the allocated parking spaces, making it hassle-free compared to other places we’ve visited. Although the outdoor breakfast area felt a bit chilly during the mornings, the ambiance and tidy environment overall made for a pleasant experience.

The location is perfect with plenty of cafes close by. We visited the beach and the local market, which were both awesome. The outdoor area is great for hanging out. Dominique was super friendly, and it was tidy and pet-friendly too, though we didn't bring any pets.
We had a bit of trouble with the check-in process as the reception was closed when we arrived. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions for late arrivals.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is very convenient, just a short stroll to lovely cafes and the beach. The kids loved the quirky charm of the Waterfront Cottage, and having a dishwasher in the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus for our big family.
My wife says that for families, it would be great if the bathrooms had doors for more privacy.
